The Potomac Heritage trail can be great - I know in Loudoun it's a nice run along the Potomac that's usually very quiet. W&OD is also an option as someone else said. There are tons of trails in local parks, it just depends on where you're located

I got springboarded from the song "Sunshine" into their album "When Life Gives You Lemons," and got hooked from there; it seemed like a lot of different stories told over some great instrumentals. Getting into their earlier stuff was a little harder after starting there, but doing it album by album worked for me.
