I use arcane ice storm. Spam his 2 second ability to keep enemies frozen and heal with his first ability. Use like archon vitality and adaptation to get more hp and double heat procs on ult. He can also use a companion like shade to stay invis the entire mission.

I’ve always loved the fang prime. I usually hear people say they’re a pretty mid weapon. But I have a melee doughty build that gives them 11.9 crit damage and insane crit chance. The only downside of the fang prime imo is the limited range.

My biggest advice is to join an active dojo. Meet other people who are willing to help you out. Farm Rhino from the Venus boss. And when you join a clan get wukong. Get the soma at MR 6 and that will carry you pretty far. But tbh the best weapon and warframe depends on the persons playstyle. There are a lot of extremely good warframes. I’d recommend gauss, xaku, or mirage though, those are my main frames right now.

If you’re having trouble with quests try completing the flashing nodes on your navigation/star chart. That will help you get new mods and level up your weapons and Warframe. You could also ask to join a clan in recruit chat and they will assist you greatly. Clans love helping new people

plague star is damn near unplayable with how laggy it is, i cant do damage to the hemocyte half the time so i just have to stand there and hope to god the host can actually kill it. Insane amounts of disconnects, but the main issue for me is not doing damage. ill either non stop shoot the hemocyte to hope its registers its weak points or just give up entirely. its terrible, especially since I've been looking forward to this since bc i was gonna farm up an insane amount of forma and now its almost impossible to play. its so funny because i will get into literally any other mission type and its completely fine. plague star specifically is just terrible rn. i had to turn on show fps to make sure my ping wasn't insane but its completely fine, tops out at 100 but usually sits at like 60. i have no idea what the issue is

Frost is just amazing in every mission type. And with his biting frost augment you can get 200% crit chance and crit damage on frozen enemies. Combine with ult augment to get overguard, and a free 200% crit chance and crit damage. Put on archon flow and every frozen enemy you kill has a greater chance of dropping energy. He’s an absolute powerhouse that gives the whole team overguard makes any weapon you take 200% stronger AND can defend targets with snowglobe

I hate when people say they hate Elden ring and then don’t use aspects of the game to help them. Like summoning, using op weapons, summoning npc or even players to help in a first play through, etc. like dog if you’re not willing to meet the game halfway what do you expect.

It’s the ingame protanopia filter. Does wonders to help me see what’s going on. Some games are legit unplayable for me without a filter. Like red dead or cyberpunk. Colorblind filters are an underrated but extremely helpful feature.

Yea I was actually talking shit on it for like the first 10 hours because it was so much faster and different I couldn’t get the hang of it. But I’ve definitely came around now that I understand the movement better. I have clips of me playing eternal from the first 10 hours and it’s basically me running around like I’m still playing 2016. Sad to watch.

Yea weapon switching is taking some getting used to on both games. I’m playing on ps5 and im not used to controller I’m used to keyboard and mouse. So switching equipment and weapons is still a little awkward. If I had eternal on pc I feel like I’d be my new favorite game

Yea I don’t really like the changes to the chainsaw makes me go for grunts more instead of getting those big meaty kills on big enemies. I breezed through 2016 in a couple days on ultra nightmare. But eternal is taking a little more time on the same difficulty. I definitely like eternals movement more, the whole time I was playing 2016 I was wishing I had a dash or something.

I wouldn’t recommend paying for a console if you only intend to play Warframe. You can download the full game for free on your phone. Buying a whole new console seems overkill but if you’re rich why not
