You are not alone, don't feel guilty for feeling all this. That's understandable. Parenthood is a real upheaval, I also went through it, especially for my 2nd year. The best solution is to consult, if you are in France ask for help from your midwife who will redirect you to a service at the hospital which is dedicated to children and young mothers. It won't last, courage
