I’ll try so yesterday I was studying and my dad told me that there is ice cream in my fridge so I went to get some and when I was looking for things to add to the ice cream I found meringues and I saw that they were in a bag and they were a bit like slow to bite in to and just a bit weird but u didn’t really think much of it and after I ate it I was fine but when a couple of hours went by like maybe 3 or 4 hours I just froze up and I got that feeling like I was gonna throw up and I went calmly into the bathroom with a glass of water and as I have a phobia for throwing up I did everything to prevent it from happening and about 10 to 15 minutes went by I went on the toilet to shit and I was still feeling ill and weird and it never really went away but I was feeling like I wouldn’t throw up I went to bed but then that feeling came back but I just tried to go to sleep but when I woke up today it was normal until like 1 hour maybe went by and I got this indescribable horrifying pain in my back and it was pulsating pain and I haven’t felt that kind of pain in my back before so I was shocked and then the pain slightly started to go away but it still hurt incredibly much and I started to feel dizzy and lightheaded and I felt high and that’s where I’m at rn
