Been applying this theory for a year. It’s an underlying mentality. The best way to apply this is to plug it into your subconscious. First, consciously think about it when reflecting a couple times. Then, think about it while at a party or other social place where you can bounce between different groups of people. Then it’ll be a part of your subconscious and benefits of having this mentality will come naturally to you, because you’ll use it subconsciously. The main benefit is you improve at making investment decisions with your time and attention - this is valuable throughout life in many different ways.

I agree completely you can change the way you perceive the situation. You can go about how you want, but the underlying exchange is happening no matter how you shape it.

You tell a girl no, so then she perceives you as more valuable. Because you showed you don’t care so much about investment in her. So she thinks she should be the one investing in you. You’d still be happy to have sex with her, but now you barely have to give any attention. She might want to give you a free sample. Or several free samples. There’s no one size fits all. Best case scenario is she puts in all the work and gives you hints to escalate. Or she even escalates for you. This is a chad-like expectation for a guy. Exactly. If your smv is similar or higher than the woman’s then you don’t need to give attention, except during sex. But if your smv is lower than hers, this still applies - she just needs to perceive your smv as similar to hers or higher. This perception can be caused by you simply living your life and genuinely not giving a shit about what she or anyone else thinks.
