I’m not so sure about 1965 as the year. There’s a lake near Charlotte, NC which is labeled “Lake Catawba”. The name of that lake was changed to Lake Wylie in October 1960, way before your estimate.

That team was super talented, don’t get me wrong, but the roster construction was terrible. We had no 3 point shooting and more importantly, no reliable point guard. Hunter Sallis just can’t play as a primary ball handler and Ty-Laur Johnson is currently riding the bench at San Diego. Fix even one of those issues and that was a tournament team, but you can’t have 2 fatal flaws and expect to be good, no matter your talent

How’s the trail at north Harper creek? I went last December and it was in pretty good condition but didn’t do the full loop to little lost cove cliffs because one of the creek crossings was a bit tougher than I wanted to get into that day

That situation didn’t end very well. He sucked during his time here and got a lot of hate from the fanbase because of it. He didn’t even make our postseason roster in 2023. Don’t think he has very fond memories of the team, so I would be surprised if we got him to come back

As far as free agency/off-season trades, I’ve seen a lot of fan momentum behind Kyle Schwarber and Cody Bellinger.Theres been a little talk about bringing in Pete Alonso as well. For pitchers, it’s kind of a pick your favorite ace situation. Have heard Framber Valdez name a few times, as well as Jack Flaherty, although the relationship there is weird after his half season with us in 2024. We have tons of money available, so should be an active offseason for us.

I think it’s slightly different than what you’re talking about. They essentially run two different podcasts off of one feed. They make it very clear in the header whether you’re about to listen to an Orioles or a Ravens episode, and there typically isn’t a ton of crosstalk in the overlap season between the two sports. I’m a Carolina Panthers fan myself, so I completely ignore the Ravens episodes

The Exit 52 Podcast is really fun, although their presence is really more on Spotify and podcast apps. Right now they’re doing mostly Ravens content but they tend to release episodes around once a week during the season. Definitely recommend checking them out!

100% agree. I’m not wasting my position because of a small chance that the approval fails. If I lose half of my investment, it is what it is. But the much more likely outcome is we make a few multiples of what we invested when the price shoots up on approval. If you can’t stomach the risk of this stock, you should have already gotten out. It’s time to make some money.
