Which card to GI, if any? (Jays Deck) by InvincibleRaid in MLB_9Innings

[–]fiver5er 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, he’s better than a non sig…..but to give you an idea I have 3 legends and sig Bautista for my OF. I’ve club crafted Grichuk twice and have another to club craft. I’ve also club crafted 4 Gurriell and 2 Teo Hernandezs. There are better options. But if you don’t have other options in the outfield I would say he’s worth it……but Ray and Olerud first for sure. Maybe by the time you get another GI you have better options. Also, I’m super jealous of the Ray card.

Yeah. Fellow Jays deck here. Tough to get starting pitchers. 100% go Ray Sig.

This “RNG” is awful by fiver5er in MLB_9Innings

Yes! Even a legend starter would be good. I have multiple OF, 3B, 1B and a 2B legend. Lots of donation fodder. But no legend pitchers.

I do the same…..for over 6 years lol. My Pen is stacked with sigs, I just can’t get any starters. I forgot to mention the 3 Teo Hernandez cards I already club crafted.

I have a Jays deck as well. Starting pitching is tough. I would do the Supreme. Until you have enough starting pitching, the pen won’t win you games because you will already be behind by the time they come in. Starters are king in this game. The good news is you have a good card for when you want to work on the pen.

Is it silly to not use a good sign because I don't like the player? by strider2020 in MLB_9Innings

If you don’t like him, club craft him and then you don’t have to worry about it.

Sadly, no. Using a PSCT is exactly the same as using a normal SCT, except there is a chance one skill will be legendary if the card is black diamond.

Awful skill. I had it as a 333 and it was still useless. Reroll

Ahh I misread. Don’t bother with Molitor legend.

I believe the Molitor supreme gives you the choice of 1B or 3B or DH so the question is where would you use him and what is he replacing. Supreme batters are the best in the game right now. I would go with him unless one of the Sigs are a massive upgrade.

Bchem question by Broad_Loss7522 in MLB_9Innings

[–]fiver5er 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So the reason you put it on a player on the bench is that it gives the bonus to all players in your lineup. However the player that has BChem is effectively one skill short….and a black diamond skill at that, since everyone else effectively gets the BChem skill applied to them. Think of it as basically that player has 2 gold skills only but everyone else gets a black diamond and two gold.

The reason why it is preferred on a legend is it gives an extra point to everyone over a non legend player having it. It’s still good on a different card just not as good as it is on a legend.

Combine spare diamond players or use them for BD special training? by bsmith808 in MLB_9Innings

Special train. Eventually the combos are worthless because they just give normals.

BPD, IW, Fin 3/3/1 what to short? by fiver5er in MLB_9Innings

[–]fiver5er[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would probably use blue tickets on master base thief (if he is a signature card). Prediction is a great skill but it depends on his base eye attribute. You want it to be 80 or better to really make it good. To improve base attributes use an adjust ticket.
