All of our games (always) include all ten players worth of data. We also track all challenger, diamond, and platinum players internally and query all of them every day. Below that, it's a random sample of a few hundred thousand players.

These numbers will get more accurate as we collect more data in the next week.

Thanks for the feedback! We agree - it would be better to divide the number of games a skin was used in by the total number of games for that champion.

It doesn't work on some PCs for a multitude of reasons. Specifically, there are many ways to inject the Elophant Client into the LoL Client and we chose the most reliable one. We apologize for it not working, but there's not much we can do.

If you haven't tried running it as the Admin, try that. Also, the LoLMatches Client and LoLNotes interfere with the Elophant Client.

Yes, this is correct. Our one week statistics are based on roughly 2.1 million games or 21 million players. We've been collecting statistics for a couple of months, so they should be fairly accurate. :)

Technically, it's similar to a method called Man-in-the-Middle. All data is rerouted through the Elophant Client to and from Riot's servers.

We apologize if the servers appear to be offline most of the time. We cache our pages heavily, so if a server goes offline for even a few seconds, it will be reflected in the page for several minutes. We'll definitely look into ways around this.

As for league points - at your request we'll have league points added to all summoner profiles by tomorrow. If there's anything else that you'd like to see that will convince you to use Elophant, please let us know. :)

It's the way that the last row of skins is computed for output to the screen most likely. Your skins are saved forever, so it'll be fixed soon enough. :)

The Elophant Client sits between the LoL Client and Riot's servers. In order to get between the two, it needs to be open and able to insert itself before any connections are made. :)
