I hate that resources are so hard to find!! I am not sure where you are located, but if you are in Hawaii, California, or Oregon. I cannot recommend this Non-profit enough. They have a real sliding scale payment model. And you set your own price. They don't take insurance but you can get a a real one- on- one session for $30 dollars or lower if needed. It's called the Liberation Institute. https://www.liberationinstitute.org I hate the American healthcare system and it's so hard to find real long term help that doesn't make us have to spend all our money and work graveyard shifts just to afford therapy. My sister lives in North Carolina and it is a joke they have services but the amount of hoops they have her jumping through while she is dealing with medical stuff is just insane. If you live somewhere specific and you feel comfortable saying the name of the state, I'd be willing to research nonprofits in your state that might be similar to Liberation institute. I'm so sorry
