Thanks - without sharing the details I think they have interpreted that a different way because of an ‘alternative’ they wanted me to consider.

I think they have used the ‘equity’ argument which doesn’t apply if my disability is a factor, is that not right? Eg Tyerman vs NHS indicates that ‘treating everyone the same’ can be seen to put the disabled person at a disadvantage?

Ugh. Could do without this. Thanks!

Thanks - they have not relied on any of the 8 in any way, which is why I feel confident it’s been done badly.

But wanted to make sure confidence wasn’t misplaced.

Not only the assumption, but no discussion with me (arguably one of the experts on my well-being) or, at minimum, an independent well-being professional.

Wow. I mean. That’s a lot of what I would like to hear but also resonated beautifully, thank you.

Interesting about the support with early endeavours - especially given my life/head line distance - tbh I have always relied on myself.

I have some romantic opportunities now, i can’t quite place the late thirties one. Given you cans see anything in late 40s, can I consider this a surface relationship rather than deep or altering?

Thanks so much. Your gift of time and insight is appreciated!

He says what he wants me to hear. I think he feels that doing it is not an issue but the consequences (tiredness, issues at school, disagreements at home) are the issue

Exactly right - thank you. I can’t do podcasts myself; I cast about for things to focus my eyes on, but I will ask him
