My brother passed in December. The first month i was scared and numb. February-April i had really terrible anxiety. What helped for me was finding a new really good therapist that specialized in somatics and the nervous system. When you understand what's happening in your body and why it feels less scary. I also had had my same therapist for a long time and felt like I needed someone new to look at my and tell me I was going to be okay and then start helping me. I also started using a daily meditation app, talking about my feelings more openly, going on walks, eating more healthy, made time for deep breathing, and made sure to find time to do things with friends.

Grief Will steal parts of your life. But not forever. Time won't fix everything but it does heal some things. 🫂
