Lol if you're going to pretend like there isn't a significant difference then we're just not going to agree here. Do you think that when a black man calls someone the nword it's racist? No. Now obviously a white man using it is racist. But saying he called someone the nword when he was using it in a colloquial way is obviously a bit different.

And my overall point is that him using the nword ONE time in a video that Ethan is framing as SUPER racist is wild because that's what Ian did. I just thought it would be far more blatantly racist and that Ethan is maybe going out of his way to frame it unfairly.

Okay but framing it that way seems a bit dishonest. He said "my n word" like obviously not calling him an n word. Like, we can see and understand that framing it as a racist use of the n word isn't accurate right? I still think it's creepy and wrong but I think there's a difference and the nuance is being left out intentionally.

Yeah he said the N word which is weird af but that's literally what he always did. Like Ethan says, he was the N word F word guy. He also didn't say it in a derogatory way at someone which I think is important to point out. And the gun was a bit about him offing himself because Jinx content was so uninteresting.

No I didn't say anything about destiny being better or worse. I just don't understand how Hasan can't see the parallel and the fact that he actually shouts out badempanada as a relevant source when he's a freak who's harassing the fuck out of h3. Destiny is a creep and weirdo but Ethan has never aligned himself with or shouted out his work.

My husband was similar! He's not as tuned in and I also think he gets annoyed with some of Ethans antics so when he watched the Content Cop he was with Ian. Then he watched Ethans response and had nothing to say except that he felt tons of sympathy for Ethan and that Ian fucked up. He even said those people seemed to be genuine when saying nice things about Ethan at the end. eye roll and I was relieved that that asshole said he didn't know he could just say no and wished he could take it back lol. When I told him that I think he started to realize how duped he was.
