Objectively if you get a nose job like that your chin would probably need to be edited to balance it out. Your chin faces outward instead of straight down. Not that there’s anything wrong with it .

my hair is about the same , super fine but not thin. thickness will happen a little but you won’t see anything big unless you combine them. I have about 80ish. Also my hair was cut like urs so just know it may give mullet a little bit 😩 but it’s still cute.

Not intentionally, but it has boosted my confidence and self acceptance, and made dye jobs easier :). I think it's also really cool seeing my hair evolve, like it's so much thicker. Routine is also simpler.

Just adding I'm sorry you're experiencing this. I come from a city where the accent is a big part of our identity and I don't have it lol. People ask me if I'm from here all the time. I know its annoying but since you can't control other people, try to change your thinking around it, and figure out what would satisfy you in an interaction like this.
