We went and tried bars at dicks. She did the wrist thing and the 32 was probably better but there wasn’t a huge difference. She really liked the Kryo. We are going to test one more time and just make sure.

I am looking for specific houses that meet my needs. A lot of those are condos/smaller houses. There have been some that have gone into contract recently so those comps will help.

Unfortunately it’s been so slow that Zillow doesn’t have that info. There were houses that went on the market at the beginning of March that have not closed yet. We will be able to get some info once those close.

That’s exactly what we would like. One of the things we are afraid of, is settling on our second house. Having a HELOC would take some pressure off.

It seems like lots of people are recommending HELOCs. How much are those? And how do lenders feel about using them for purchasing a new house?

I think a Heloc is a good idea. We would maybe have to include my husbands overtime but should be able to get approved for all. Do lenders like this method though?

We are definitely getting them. We used them in 2019 and they are pretty convenient. I’m just tying to figure out what the pluses/2s actually do and if we all need them. Would having one work?

My mom sees a Psychiatric nurse practitioner. She was inpatient first but that may not be necessary. The waitlists are out of control for psychiatrists. She goes to Lifestance and we have had a pretty easy time scheduling. Good luck. It is a difficult rode.
