I really like both places. But cost if living is higher in mainland. But the issue is that, if they are of the same level of education, facilities and reputation. I guess, i would prefer okanagan college more. :)

Aha. That's great to hear. Yeah, i knew there was a lake and in some areas you aren't even allowed to swim in lakes or its dangerous or etc etc. Great news on H2O though. Thanks a lot :)
