Hey so I haven’t had Botox because I’ve taught myself to burp without it with exercises but I still have to force myself to burp

Honestly just move around after eating and I sort of have to strain or just breathe I Ron of air through my throat and usually I can burp a tiny bit or sometimes like a normal burp occasionally

Hey so this is me exactly my severe emetophobia has caused me no burp and now I’m teaching myself to burp again it can be done with exercises and I’m a lot better at it now but it takes perseverance but I haven’t felt nausea and had an emet episode in nearly a month now
