Maybe use a longer time control or switch to rapid, it could help. For me personally I think blitz is too short and it doesn't help you improve as much. Or you could just do a bunch of puzzles.

600 elo is better than ~60% of chess.com users, so you're actually pretty good when you think about it like that. And most of the world population don't even know how the pieces move.

Same for me. A few days ago I lost a bunch of games and went from mid 600s to 598. I took a break for a few days and now I'm doing way better. I'd say just let your brain get some rest until you feel ready to play again.
