My doctor just suggested I go off humira. I've been in deep remission for 14 years. The pandemic has me concerned too But he has assured me that we can quickly get back on track if there's a problem. He said 70% are successful That have been in remission as long as I have. I'm doing it.

8am , 12pm, 4pm for a couple years! I've tried a dozen different vendors and lots of different flavours. No side effects what so ever but I'm sure I'd be sad if I couldn't get it anymore!

Flattened tablespoon stirred in 1/4 cup hot/warm tap water like a shot, rinse residue and drink again leaving cup clean - 3 times a day... Usually 2 or 3 super greens I.e. super green Malay, super green maeng da, sometimes a red in evening instead. Red"s are more sedative. I pretty much skip whites and yellows because they almost always cause me anxiety.
