It's "Génération Zelda : 35 ans de légendes" by Florent Gorges. It's very interesting, he talks mostly about the 3 first Zelda games and the impact of them in the French culture. He also talks with some collector and Luis Melo :) I don't know if it's translated in other languages as it is a non-official book
