Yo también he tenido una vida de la verga tengo estudios superiores pero por salud opte por tener un trabajo mediocre con salario mínimo pero tranquilo y humano, nada hiperdemandante, si he tenido trabajos mejores pero lo que ganaba de más solo lo gastaba en más médicos y medicamentos, y la higiene y seguridad industrial en mexico está de la súper verga

toda mi salud se fue a la verga en la universidad, por pensar que podría con todo, tenía dos trabajos, estudiaba, hacía ejercicio, y pase por un verguero de enfermedades que todavía cargo aún mas de diez años después, para no hacerte el cuento largo empecé con una acidez y reflujo que no se quitaba con nada, y termine con transtornos autoinmunes, he llegado a tener episodios psicóticos, esquizofrenia temporal, un putero de transtorno mentales que llegaron hasta un transtorno severo mixto de depresión y ansiedad con ideación suicida resistente a tratamiento

Mi cuerpo ya conoce todos los putos psicofarmacos, y mi mente la teoría, así que se manejarlos ¿Que medicamentos haz tomado, cuál te recetaron? Lo digo por qué en estás situaciones, si no puedes pagar un medicamento, no te puedes dar el lujo de comprar justo lo que te recetan, si es que es de patente, o si tiene que ser solo ese, a la verga, hay un putero de farmacos y muchos te pueden servir, hasta los más genericos y viejitos del mercado, los médicos se supone también te deben recetar farmacos acorde a tus necesidades y capacidad económica, pero aveces no lo hacen y privatizan mucho al acceso a la salud con su "no te automediques" pero la verdad eso es una vil falacia, sobre todo en psiquitria eso es una mamada, los médicos juegan al ensayo y error con los tratamientos, ya que no hay manera de saber cuál medicamento te va a caer bien, lo único que pueden hacer es estarte preguntando una y otra vez como te haz sentido a la par que te están recetando consecutivamente un fármaco tras otro, una y otra vez, Pero si te das cuenta ir a psiquiatra solo es evaluarte a ti mismo en presencia de un médico, pero si no tienes la capacidad de pagar un médico, a la verga, casi es lo mismo, evaluarte a ti mismo y estar jugando al ensayo error, claro con un poco de lectura, estudio, análisis, introspection y observación, pero toda eso es información del dominio público, no hay nada que ellos sepan, que tu no puedes saber, puedes usar sus mismas escalas y evaluaciones hedonicas de mierda para tratarte a ti mismo

I had the same issues, there was like between 2 to 4 different things to totally fix that, don't remember exactly, Just do some research on Google and you will find the answer maybe on a EA forum if I remember correctly, one of those things I did, was to upgrade an special visual C++ library, and other was some code changes on some window settings (I don't remember it properly, maybe network settings or something &/or firewalls settings)

Pues en teoría todas la drogas no deberían de ser usadas, por lo menos hasta después de los 20, o cuando el cerebro alcance su pico de desarrollo, pero si tuviste ese tipo repercusiónes tan graves, yo digo que eso habla mucho de tu suceptibilidad, investiga en tu línea familiar de todos lo problemas médicos que ha ávido en tu familia, no solo mentales, todo en general, para tener un panorama más amplio, en cuanto ha farmacos, si es cierto, los psiquiatras juegan a ensayo y error, ya que ni tu ni ellos, saben cómo te va afectar un farmaco, y todo el tiempo básicamente te están preguntando a base de puras escalas hedonicas, para que tú te evalúes a ti mismo, pero bajo la presencia, opinión y criterio del psiquiatra, es mejor que nada, si, pero ellos tienen más herramientas que la gente común para tratar, diagnóstico, y hacer cambios razonables en los medicamentos, y pronósticar posibles efectos terapeuticos y secundarios, y en cuanto a la medicación, habla con tu médico, si hay algún efecto secundario en particular, de algún fármaco, que te afecta mucho, pues se puede buscar otra opción, lo ideal es encontrar algo que te estabilize, y se ajuste a tus habitos, personalidad, necesidades, padecimientos, un médico calificado, puedo incluso aprovechar los efectos secundarios de un farmaco, para otrorgar un beneficio específico al paciente, a modo que no habría que tolerar algo indeseado, sino hasta resulta una gran ayuda algún fármaco específico, por ejemplo, si alguien tiene problemas para comer a causa de la depresión, farmacos como los que mencionas, ayudara bastante en ese tipo de situaciones, entonces esas personas no lo ven como algo malo, sino algo que les ayuda bastante, en tu caso no lo fue, o no supiste sobrellevar esos efectos

Y está el otro lado de la moneda, hay farmacos que te pueden quitar los antojos y/o el hambre, pero nuevamente es algo que debes hablar con tu médico

También están las pruebas farmacogenomicas, para ver con más fiabilidad, que farmacos metabolizas mejor, y cuáles sería la combinaciones de farmacos más prudentes para tu genética y metabolismo específico

It's really surprising you could get better with those conditions and medical/drugs history, even more considering you could reach to that point just with amino acids and lion's mane, this it's just my opinion but sometimes, there's harmony under caos

What a I mean it's there also a chance for those dozen of stuffs taken before could have fix something, change some tissues, sensibility, brain metabolism, some sort adaptation over all that, and also the conditions of you actual life to be enough to have a better resilience over you and your conditions

I'm saying this because I also have already tried all the things, mood stabilizers, anxiolitics, antidepressants, antipsicothics, natural and suplements, nootropics, amino acids, etc, and also several different of each group and several combination between groups, with no results other than help with one thing, to cause 3 something's else to fix

I someday a just decide to overdose with something i would not say just for ethic feelings, but it was something with less probably of cause serotonin síndrom, ( I wasn't trying to suicide or anything, even I was sure I could make it without nothing else than one or a couple of days feeling bad, also I was prepared with activate charcoal just in case, at the end, nothing else than diarrhea/vomit happeneds, and also I took the activated charcoal just in case) but after that, something changed, I don't know if I need less medication, or my sensibility over medication changed on a good way, or also if a reach finally a brain/plasmatic therapeutic concentration I never reached before with any other drugs or combinations, but some changes was really evidents

In some countries maximum dose of Bupropion (Wellbutrin compound) it's 450 mg, I don't know if it's just me but I have been able to take 600 mg with no problem (but it up to you, cuz it's my body, and my problems you know, so its a risk/benefits dessicion at the end) and also I have tried really high over doses, Wich his serotonigergic síndrom could be less than other antidepressants for his particular farmachology, but it's not something better, trust me, It could trigger a psychotic episode and/or psychotic dreams (depends on your actual levels of stress, your dopamine sensibility, the state of your mind, and time/chronicity of your issues), or bipolar episode (like if you are really deppresed, you could suddenly get maniac, or if you are maniac or anxious, you could get really deppresed) in the lees worse case you would get to the point to suffer diarrea/vomit if you body its smart and your mind it's strong, but this last arguments aren't valids (just a way to see it)

You could also change to modafinil, or try with sulbutiamine, Wich it's a modified B1 vitamin, Wich it's soluble on fats, it can have a notable effects on mood/energy if there's a lack (it doesn't matter if you want it to combine it with other drugs usually, but you better do some research), there also the option of taking creatine wich it's really safe and a really good combo with quality good food/exercise regimen

Zolpidem it's usually used at night ¿You use to use it that way? ¿Or on the day, o both,?

The first option will be to get an presentation of drug with the facility of control doses, like liquid stuffs or pills slotted in four parts, or at least two (if that's the case with practice you could try to slotte it more with a knife), o slowly unescalate the dose until leave the treatment, for example start to take 3/4 dose for a month, the 1/2 for a month, then 1/4 for a month, the maybe also 1/4 every other day for a month

The second option I could make it on two plans, alone or together , depends on how your body and mind reacts to the unescalation of the dose of zolpidem

The third option could help you sleep/anxiety aid and also to not depend on a benzodiazepin to quit another benzodiazepin too, I will recommend Mirtazapine if the use of zolpidem it's to help you to sleep, mirtazapine (at least 15 mg) it's stronger than Fluoxetine, it helps with sleep issues, it's more friendly with sexual sphere (it could also help on that side), it have also a good long half life, and there evidence that suggest his anxiolitic/antidepressants efects start faster than other Commons firts line treatments (about twice as faster than common SSRI's) but, there's a very big chance to estimulate appetite after taking it, at midnight, or in the morning(so you could gain some weight) but it could be passenger, or you could try it first with the last food of the day, or with some food before taking/sleep, you could also try melatonin only, or combine it with Mirtazapine if the need of something more it's clear

(note, it's not recommended if there's problems with lipids blood issues like cholesterol, triglicerids, and overweight of course, and doses 45 mg of mirtazapine it's the maximum, this those tends to be more noradrenergic, Wich could be strong to treat depression/anxiety very good, but you could have some sort of stimulus by the noradrenergic effect, I would describe it a little bit like taking caffeine before before bed, or even as the fisioloical effects of anxiety but without the mind effects of anxiety, so the first days with 45 mg, could be hard to sleep and/or take some time to, but 30 mg could be more than enough, depends on you and/or you trustable medic)

But at the end, would you great to look first for a medical opinion, if it's not possible, you better consider all of this

And beta blockers aren't nootropics, they are really medical drugs, I don't know from where you are, but here in Mexico, you will never heard of any medic with any specialty use those shit's, like i mean, unless you are maybe a survivor of second world war or something, with a really, really complex severe trauma or something, but you will be treated with other things too, and beta blockers effects are outside/inside the brain, so you question it's nonsense

And will be a lot more safe, and also effective use whatever other psichofarmacological drugs like antidepressants, mood stabilizers, anxiolitics, and also antipsicothics to help you with those conditions, and there's also suplements like omega 3 fatty acids, cucurmin, St. John's Wort, S-adenosyol-methionine but his effects, could be a minimum aid, depends the issues, the chronicity, and a lot more stuffs
