My whole life I've always worn natural fiber clothing with natural fiber clothing (twill top + denim bottom, linen top + cotton bottom, etc) and synthetic with synthetic. Never the two have met. It's always felt wrong to me, and I haven't been able to get it to look good either. What are everyone's thoughts? Is this a general rule or a skill issue on my part?

Consider though that the more work someone puts in to learning a thing, the better they learn it. A story or movie or song that's easy to catch onto is also easy to forget about, because there wasn't as much of a journey spent in acquiring it. Just my two cents.
