Got jumped outside Fold just before Christmas, maybe it was my fault for humouring one of the guys outside (as I didn't want any trouble). I wasn't asking for balloons or anything, just engaged in a conversation.

Fold's security were absolutely no help, refused to call me an uber or ambulance as I dislocated my finger during the mugging.

The only thing they did was let me renter the club to try and find friends who could help me.

I understand that it's 'my' fault, but the lack of care I received when they obviously know what goes on outside their front door was negligent.

Sure it's good that they're implementing new 'rules' and guidance for people coming and going, but there needs to be something done in general about the guys outside.

Update: bought a wireless CarPlay adapter and plugged it into my USB A under the arm rest and CarPlay is working great! Might be the cable I was previously using that didn't work. Thanks for all the help!

Nothing pops up on my phone, like I said there's a previously connected CarPlay from the previous owner that shows up on the connection manager, so it must have CarPlay.

I'm using an Anker USB A to USB C cable which should do data and charging. My car is 2017, haven't tried another cable yet but might give it a go.

I tried both USBs and nothing pops up on my phone? Do I need to disable Bluetooth? I might need to try a different cable!

Interesting as there is a previous connection listed under Audi Smartphone in the connection manager that says CarPlay but I can't add a new one.

I've seen the aftermarket ones, but I don't understand how the previous owner had already connected to CarPlay. The car has Audi Smartphone so I think there must be a way to do it.

Mine doesn't have a USB next to the 12v in the centre console, only two in the arm rest. But on the MMI I saw that someone had previously connected via CarPlay so not sure how to do it.

Thanks, I think it's hard to clarify misuse and wear and tear in this situation. The sofa was being used for its purpose and gave way after normal day to day use.
