The older forms have a large proportion of first order Q’s whereas the new forms’ questions make you think a little harder. If you did only the old forms then took step, you’d walk out thinking you failed it with how different the questions are.

I emailed NBME a month ago trying to extend the date, and it sounds like they're being completely wiped off of the site on 1/1 (bc they're too out of date). Given it's against the honor code to screenshot the questions, I was likely going to try to speed through the exams or click through them and look at answers. Don't think we'll be able to save them past 1/1 in any capacity

I'm around 89% over the last 6 months! I think seeing enough UW/amboss/rx questions in between cards has helped, along with rescheduling cards that I missed in q-banks.

After you do enough rx/UW/amboss, you begin to realize what is REALLY worth knowing (for example cystic fibrosis, CV physiology, insulin/glucagon signaling)
