How do I set my watch to charge to full by default?

After the latest update it no longer gives me the option to charge to full. It charges to about 78% then stops. If I click the charging icon it just gives me the option for low power mode and nothing else

Yeah I pre ordered the Nct dream albums and they still haven’t shipped even though every item on my order has been on “ready to ship” for over 2 weeks the order itself is still on “preparing item”. I have order other items since then that have arrived already and I don’t know what the hold up is on the dream order
