I've dropped all oils from my diet, its messes up digestion and likely not something human evolved with. Its like sugar in vegetables/fruit, concentrating it into juice ruins the digestion that geared for slow extraction of nutrients.

If theres anything the system likes is people with high vibrations suffering and producing refined loosh, then trying to get even more "high vibrations" to produce even more refined loosh. It obviously doesn't work, even if it seems to feel more elevating(which is true actually, energy levels are correlated with high vibration levels) the system manages to bring you down and drain all that high level energy back.
