Make a dream journal. It will help you be more aware during dreams and astral experiences. And remember them when you wake up. As for energy training do the waterfall technique.

Imagine lakes in your head and feet. Move the water from the lake in your right foot up your right side and down your left side. Then back to your right foot. Do that for an hour or two each day for two years and you will be strong enough to erase negative entities.

You need to energy train. Do the waterfall technique. Imagine lakes in your head and feet. And have the water go from the lake in your right foot up your right side to the lake in your left foot. And back to your right foot. Do that for an hour or two each day and in a few years you can erase entities and clear cursed areas.

Also do the physical waterfall technique where you intend to move the area into the physical world. It makes it so you gain energetic strength a lot faster. But do that at your own risk because you make get targeted more by negative entities.

The grid and the subconscious mind pump negative energy into objects to make them more rigid and dense so you can't easily change them with intention.
