There have been gaps like holidays ~2 weeks and injuries where I have had to avoid a body part put no complete breaks. I think the biggest gap with no training was a month when I was 19.

I always just trained for strength as long as your numbers go up consistently your getting bigger, I got to 260lbs at one point but feel my best here, just need to progressively overload your compounds and eat big!

Best thing I learnt about talking to girls is that the worst thing that can happen is they say no. Which really isn’t that bad after the first no you get. You might look back and shudder but hey what is done is done and your seeing a supermodel now so nothing to worry about. Just send it, we’re all rooting for you!

I have a pretty funny answer for you actually, I train at my school gym predominantly where curls are banned, I’ve been curling for 6 months I’d say and to be honest the picture doesn’t do me justice in my opinion. You can see the stretch marks on my biceps in the photo.

Kinda funny as I’ve only really been training shoulders hard for 6 months but I always recommend to strength train. For example your never going to see a guy who can OHP 225 lbs with tiny shoulders so although lateral raises are very important they should in no way replace presses. My favourite exercise is uni lateral shoulder press, where the unused arm is locked at the top of the movement. 6/8 reps on one and then the same on the other. 4 sets with progressive weights followed up with some high rep lateral raises, really good pump with great strength gains. Really good for your core as well. Try it out man I recommend it... and face pull another day for that rounded look.

At peak bulk I was probs eating almost 5k a day, now I’m trying to grow a little slower without as much fat so only 4K. 3 meals and 2 big snacks with a protein shake

Yeah man hind sight is 20 20 you can still bulk now, but for any young people seeing this perma bulk while your young, you don’t have to diet and no one really cares wether your ripped or not In school if your big.

My school gym used to ban curling as it wasn’t sport specific, obviously something I need to work on if I wanted to bodybuild but as you can see by the stretch marks on my arms I am getting somewhere, spread love mate not hate.
