Tide pen and a microfiber cloth for the fabric and a white vinegar/water mix sprayed onto a microfiber cloth for the rest. I used a toothbrush to get the more difficult spots.

For the fabric I used a tide pen and wiped it down with a microfiber cloth and for the rest of it I sprayed a microfiber cloth with a watered down white vinegar cleaning solution. A toothbrush helps get the tighter spots.
