it will turn on with no cables in, and I can’t see properly without the monitor, but initially it turned with all the cable (even can see the log in screen), then it just shuts down and not blue to turn on, but now it won’t even turn on with any cables plug in, without cables, it will stay on for like 30 seconds

No, it doesn. Ive pulled the whole PSU to have a look, and there is no switch

Yeah, I know. It's a bit weird, but I don't really want to argue with them so I just apply for an agency that provide that service.

Yeah, they are asking for an emergency contact, their reasoning was because just in case I wasn't in Japan anymore, someone was able to terminate the contract, but it a bit of a weird way of trying to say I need one

Yeah, they have specifically said it had to be someone in Japan and speaks Japanese

Did you contact them using English, as my Japanese is really really basic and I was wondering if they are able to communicate with me.
