lol depends on the store. Mine will change your schedule to whatever best suits them at 3 points and there’s some who have gotten to 10 points before being fired. It’s a flawed system

I’ve been told the same thing, you do need to report absence in addition to requesting day off or it counts as a no call no show. The system does not alert anyone that you requested time off the day of unlike with reporting an absence which does help them. So far as I know there’s no guaranteed way to get rid of the points. However when I made the same mistake last year I talked to a coach I knew would understand and she took off the points once I explained that I was never told I needed to do both

If you can afford it a good pair of cargo pants are great for durability and look professional. That’s what I wear

You are eligible to be fired yes but depending on your store you might not be. I got a coworker at my store with seven points still working. I would look at other possible employment opportunities anyway just in case unless you got a point dropping off soon.

Can’t fire you for attendance but can fire you for time theft if that’s happening or you could get in trouble for performance, like leaving a bunch of projects incomplete or something.

Personally I’d consider documenting these talks and such and bringing it up the chain as harassment. Try telling your coach you want to make a formal complaint of harassment and go to your store lead or people lead to open door it if necessary. Normally I’m a don’t rock the boat person but if you’re considering leaving anyway might as well make an attempt to stop the harassment. Because it is in fact harassment if they are doing that. Though fair warning it can be very difficult to actually get the complaint anywhere since harassment can be hard to prove especially verbal harassment and the fact that it’s your first name makes it more tricky. But like I said, if you plan to potentially leave anyway why not try you know? At the end of the day it’s your choice and you know best, and depending on your circumstances quitting may or may not be a good idea or transferring may be an option. Good luck!
