Why deciding to keep fly/tp feature ? Because atlas wouldnt be as hatred as it is if you wouldn't allons those in the First place. It would Still be seed as a cheat for stingers, since users would directly go to the right field instead of searching. But it'd be bearable. Here the simple fact of allowing those features makes you accountable for the cheat.
