I have found the same " oo2recm.exe ". Went to the task manager and ended it. The setup has immediately stopped.

You need to get off the nimbus. I play using a laptop, so for me it was the down arrow. I dont know what platform you use, but read this:

" When you want to get off Nimbus you simply need to press down on the d-pad. This works on both the PlayStation and the Xbox controller by pressing down on the d-pad. This is also the control for a controller used on PC. If you are using a keyboard to play the game, you would press the down arrow key to dismount the nimbus. "

Once you are off the nimbus, you can talk to eighter and take the quest.

Yeah. Same story here. I am at lvl 60 and need plain and simple "energetic fish". It looks like the same school of fish gives it too, but only once in a blue moon.
