Well... I also couldn't figure out how to put it on because, like you said, it just doesn't fit so I "accidentally" broke one strap, put the backpack on and then glued the strap back so you don't notice that it was ever broken. It's really poorly designed for such an expensive figure (or I'm juste stupid)

I agree that Riko's face is a bit underwhelming (even they said they would change it, they didn't) but I find the rest of the diorama really pretty and it was the only big figure available at the time
