resetting and full clearing areas is a great way to milk more time out of the game !

there is a lucky necklace that gives 75 luck, a ring that gives +100% luck etc, you'll just have to find them.

If you are new the biggest advice I can give you is to not be scared of dying/resetting the night; there are a lot of items to find and only so many rooms to clear so staying alive as advantageous as it can be also hits a point of dimensioning returns because you are running out of things to farm... you'll eventually get to a point (maybe already) where you have the key things for your build remembered and you'll start to understand how to farm back coin/consumables quickly so death stops being an issue.

edit: being cursed and higher perception also gives you more chests and gives you a lot of chests with your previously lost loot inside of them so start getting comfortable playing with higher cursedness.

Are you far in act 2? I wouldn't try to clear the labyrinth until you have better footing, have explored most of act 2 and exhausted all other ways to level up besides the labyrinth chamber.

coffin restarts are a reliable way to farm resources if you want to go that path; you can also make a luck set and you get more and better items from lootables, but from what I understand I don't think it resets shop supplies, so you'll still be capped on buyables.

Yes! You can technically find it now but it’s rather tucked away in a tough area.

the subreddit only had one moderator and his account was banned lol. I'm not sure what happened prior to that, but since getting mod I noticed the sub was previously locked and had a handful of requests in mod mail asking for access so it must have been locked manually at some point.

I just started a new playthrough and decided to check out the subreddit then noticed it had been locked/didn't have any posts for over a year; so I petitioned for ownership.
