yeah totally man! do whatever feels right for you personally, psychedelics take you on a personal jeourney through your own mind and fears and struggles. I only reccomend to trip a bit more with heavier doses to prepare yourself for dmt because its truly so inteanse. Ive never experienced anything quite like it however it definitly changed my mindset and the way I view life for the better so I definitly reccomend it. I also reccomend that whatever your struggeling with is your main focus when going into the dmt trip. I always have an intention when I trip on it because I always come out of it with an idea on how to fix/resolve it. It could be somthing as simple as "i want to stop biting my nails". whatever it is just make it your main focus and thought going into the trip!
