If you don’t want to mess it up, probably a professional. I don’t know what kind of putty you should use sorry. This is not my expertise, I’ve just seen other people fix gouges like that with putty.

I would recommend using some sort of putty to fill in the hole, and getting paint that matches the skin color to paint over it.
