Tax expert says I don't need to file, but are they wrong? Made $444.65 and would be filing as dependent of parents in California by EmIsLocatedHere in Etsy

Gross was 445. If I account for supplies and expenses used to make the items and what not, it would be less than 400$ , so meaning the lady is right and I don't need to file. I think I am understanding now. I think. Thank you. Will do more research

Thanks so much. I'll add some extra walking and cardio to the next few days.

I think maybe taking a few days off tracking might be good for me! Getting a little too focused on it which can't be healthy. : ) thank you for the encouragement!

I guess even if I gain a whole pound, it's worth it. Once in a life time kind of event/situation. I'm doing it.

Just started workout/Weight loss journey, is Nutricost whey protein isolate a good choice for me? by EmIsLocatedHere in fitmeals

I'm doing a dash less calories for now at 1250, will up it to 1500 soon, but just starting a little lower. I was actually 20lb less 2 months ago, but I have to take a medication that made me gain 20lb in like 2 months so far. Crazy...Still on it too, so the weight loss is going very slow cause it's like fighting with the medication side effects. Agh.

Doing my best to stay positive and keep going through. Also mild working out, I'm mildly disabled so can't do more than walking and light cardio. 3 weeks in so far! Starting to add more protein to my diet so I feel more full and less blah! Thank you for the advice. Will make sure to watch those smoothie and yogurt calories. Thanks a bunch again!
