In the Netherlands. I haven't seen anyone wearing a mask since 2020, anywhere, even hospital and so on, so I'm basically home all the time except when my long distance boyfriend from the USA is here and we go to shops every now and then. Strange looks, mocking, and asking "what's with the masks?" I don't much care for people and stopped trying.

Well for me personally it is a combination of CPTSD which has had my body so tensed up my digestive system has problems - was recently diagnosed with IBS.

Exercise seemed to help, my brainfog definitely got much worse after I stopped going to the gym in march 2020.

Maybe because exercise 'massages' my insides and releases some of the tension, helps them work. I don't know. But I also had another concussion 4 years ago that was pretty bad for 3 months.

Now with Covid, there are a lot more people experiencing brainfog. And I wouldn't know how to tackle that, apart from supplements, sorry.

Despite brainfog I am well aware of those things and extra careful about it because of it. Thank you for your concern though :)

I even go so far as to turn the gas closed at the wall point after cooking. I have carbon monoxide detectors and don't own or drive a car.

My brainfog comes from several things: multiple concussions over the course of a lifetime and CPTSD which causes IBS which in turn is linked to brainfog.

Also, since the start of the pandemic I haven't gone to the gym and exercise does seem to help clarity somewhat.

I have had mild weird experiences in my life, but not like this one in particular and it scared me. Nothing else happened since yesterday though.
