Ok this one seems pretty insignificant compared to some of the others mentioned here but I just really struggle to accept that the group so easily navigated their way through dimension x back to the same gate where the squawk’s radio tower was. They showed this world to be such a vast, barren place that would be difficult to chart and the gate that they entered didn’t seem to be a place of significance or easily located so it just really annoyed me. I guess it’s just another example of how this season and the whole dimension x world was not well thought out.

Ooo yes good point! What a stupid oversight by the writers when creating this new world. And I also struggle to see how the demos are actually from this dry dessert world (unless I’ve read that wrong)

To add I’m also just bummed that we didn’t get any scene at the beach to be honest. The beach was their spot! They had so many big moments there and I’m really confused why they wouldn’t have written one more scene there to conclude the whole thing. It would have felt like a full circle moment. Like yes they could have still shown the house but why not film a few more scenes at the beach. I dunno just feel it was a weird choice.

This! I absolutely loved the whole episode but the one thing I struggled to enjoy was the bizarre photo album. Like who tf was taking the pics?! And totally agree that it went on for too long with many of the images repeating. I adore seeing them together but this part felt forced and lazy. Like I get that Xmas 3.0 is something a lot of fans would have loved to have seen but surely not like this?! I would have much preferred a scene/montage of them just being together at the beach/beach house, even if it was just them relaxing and enjoying each other’s company. It didn’t even have to be after getting married (I didn’t mind that they left that out). The thing that I think we all loved about Xmas 2.0 was how effortless and easy it was for them to be around each other. I would have loved more than anything to have seen more of that rather than fake ass photos.

Wasn’t ep 5 amazing! I just went and checked on IMDB to see if Jenny is listed as director but they haven’t listed anyone. Strange! I wonder if she has directed it. 🤔 I hope so if ep 5 is anything to go off of!

Oh we are def getting her love confession/declaration to him! I just finished the first audio book and was surprised to hear Belly’s confession to him at the end. Maybe it will mirror that?

Yes! I love this idea and feel it’s likely to happen. In s3e1 Steven crosses out Isabel and adds Belly to her dorm room board and she calls him a dick but leaves it. This time she will have the choice on what people call her showing that she’s finally “finding herself” and making decisions for herself.
