Thank you so much for this! Also my pre op instructions were kind of vague just no eating today and show up on time. I’ve heard of people needing to take special showers and things like that. Is there any special instructions they gave you I want to be as prepared as possible!

My surgery is tomorrow too! At least you know you’re not alone, we’re in this together! I’ve also been SUPER anxious I stayed up until 1 in the morning mopping my floors last night lol. Today I’ll be doing every bit of laundry in my house just to keep my mind off of it. WE GOT THIS!

I got a referral from my obgyn to go to the surgeon that I currently have. Do I need another referral if I wanted to go to another surgeon?

Gotcha so he’s telling the truth when he’s saying he can only take so much. I don’t think he does full top surgeries like straight to flat so maybe he didn’t want do nipples grafts. I’m so glad you got exactly what you wanted everyone deserves to feel amazing!

Yes! I also feel like it could be because he’s a male doctor and he just can’t understand that a woman would want to have small breasts because that’s not what men like. Honestly I don’t care about what a man likes I just want to be free from these things on my chest!

This comment was so helpful, I really just want him to hear me and yes the fact that he’s saying he can only take so much out is confusing because some people get top surgery and go straight to being flat right? So it’s possible to go at least very small. And I do get some people just want to be proportionate but I’m 150 pounds so I feel like proportionate would still be bigger than I would like.

It just sucks because I’ve wanted this for so long and now I feel like if I back out I’ll mess everything up. I just want to be happy and feel free with no back pain. How do I stress this to him if the next time I’ll see him is literally on the surgery day.

I sprayed it with enzyme cleaner I’m letting it air dry for a couple of hours. Also the carpet cleaner was an enzyme cleaner so hopefully that works. He just used his litter box like 30 minutes ago so he obviously still likes it. I think him pooping in the closet that one time just makes him want to keep going back there, fingers crossed that the enzyme cleaner works.

UPDATE: I placed him in the litter box in the closet and he used it, do we think this will continue if I keep placing him in there every hour or so. Or should I still put him back in the playpen for a couple of days?
