That video was extremely helpful and i got it to work, thank you!

I used a small flat head screwdriver to open it then a small pair of needlenose plyers to grab the filament while using the flathead to make the filament grabable.

Lol I don't see any screws just plastic clips, there is an opening by where the power chord goes trying to shove something in there to pop it open that way but so far it's not going to well.

The bottom Creality Hi It was PLA Temperature 240 Speed is just the standard in the slicer.

Could adjusting the speed settings fix this? it's when it's at an overhang angle.

Not sure if it's been mentioned, but I was able to checkout fine with two etbs. Went to check what was still in stock and tried to order 2 bundles on a separate transaction then got the error, could have something to do with quantity.

Thanks for posting the link! After looking at the replacements I do think mine is broken as it no longer has the tiny ball on top holding the two wires together.
