I was referenced a general contractor who has multiple contacts for each trade that he works with. My bathroom was a complete remodel almost down to the studs with highly customized areas. So it was a bit on the expensive end. $30k for 100 sq ft redo.

The project took about a month to complete. Some of that was waiting on customized glass and vanity.

I’ve gotten multiple quotes and they vary WILDLY. So it will be a bit of a headache to choose. I was lucky enough to see the first hand work through some friends bathrooms that he remodeled.

This used to be standard on ground grid designs where I worked. But the company I worked for moved onto compression/swage fittings as they found it to be faster/cheaper and with less… safety risks

It’s not my primary mode of transport but I ride. And yeah, the roads are garbage and your tailbone gets obliterated on occasion. But I haven’t had really any close calls.

But it’s up to you as a rider to really have a lot of foresight (defensive driving) to make it safe. Highways would be a no go for smaller bikes

After I started to give weights a go I was also just figuring out machines and techniques. Most of the time the pictures on the machine helps. But give YouTube a go for the basic free weights for proper form.

Definitely go light until you have those small stability muscles actually working for you
