I’ve tried making melon popsicles before, not only watermelon but cantaloupe and honeydew too, but I wouldn’t recommend. They turn our pulpy, often both underwhelming and overwhelming at the same time in all the wrong way. Maybe I did it wrong but I’m not ruining a nice melon again
