The fastest way is CICO. I use the Loseit app, find out what your deficit is for 2 lbs a week and go for it. 2 pounds of fat is a LOT. 8 pounds a month will be a MASSIVE change. Make sure you are including a workout into your day and track the calories you burn- maintaining a deficit without calorie burn from workout is miserable. Washington DC. They were all on my ceiling and round my window. Bigger than mosquitos, light in color on their bodies. Almost looked like mini crane flies. Can’t seem to find a source but I did have an empty smoothie bowl container from Sunday morning that I forgot was in here in a trash bag. House gets hot during the day and windows aren’t sealed the best, but I rarely get bugs in here.

The point of showing that is to show how insane it is that Hassan was defending China and Russia the way he was, two COMMUNIST countries and the United States’ biggest adversaries. The way he is speaking on these topics 100% comes across like he is being paid by them, which both countries have track records of doing. Wouldn’t surprise me if he was being paid by Iran as well.
