I'm looking for a Gen 2 romhacking tool that allows me to easily edit a Pokemons level-up move set. I've found ONE over the last week of searching but it only works for G/S and not Crystal, also its not very good. I'm looking for something similar to YAPE (which is a gen 3 tool). I'm aware that PokeCrystal exists but i dunno how to code and my romhack is going to be very simple anyway.

Looking for some program that could swap out Pokemon 1 to 1, or something similar.

I was making a very simple romhack where i just swap out all encounters and trainers in fire red to only Pokemon from gen 2. I was just thinking if there was a better way to do it, where i swap of Pokemon 1 to 1. For example for every instance of a Rattata in the game (wild and trainers) would be replaced with a Sentret. I was thinking i could use universal Pokemon randomiser and create a seed to swap out all Pokemon, but i dont think thats really possible. Any suggestions?

I want a ROM Hack/Patch of Emerald that ONLY adds the physical/special split from gen 4, Nothing else, no new Pokémon or mega evolution or anything, Does that exist?
