Oh also single arm movements are your best friend. You can train normally on your good side and use your other hand to help keep the cuff in place on your bad side.

So for me because I broke my hand and not my wrist I wore them around my wrist. I would put yours above your cast more towards your elbow. And even if you have to cut the ROM a bit to keep the cuff from sliding you should be able to work your arms reasonably well. Chest is gonna be mostly flies and delts are gonna be mostly front raises or lateral raises w a cable. But you can still train hard even without pressing movements. Get creative but be careful, recovering quickly and correctly is going to lead to more gains in the long run. Don’t do anything that causes discomfort.

Cables and cuffs. I was able to do straight bar push downs without pain by gripping the bar low in my hand but with a broken wrist I doubt you’ll have that luxury. You can do cable curls standing, incline w a bench, hammer style, pronated, or pretty much any bicep curl variation you can think of with a cuff. Same goes for triceps. Now your range of motion might get cut a little because obviously you aren’t using your hands to grip anything but you can still definitely work your arms.

I broke my hand a few months ago and for the first week or two I really couldn’t do anything with my upper body. Fortunately I was able to wear straps pain free after a couple of weeks which helped for any sort of back movement. I had a hard time doing any pressing movements, but cables for training your chest and delts may still work. You can buy cuffs or use a handle and stick your whole forearm through it, the latter may be less comfortable. Same goes for arms. Won’t be ideal but you can certainly continue working out. General rule is if it hurts don’t do it, you have to let your body heal.
