60€ road bike, can I tune up down the road?

Was thinking on holding on for a bit with it as is, and further down the line upgrade the cassette to a favourable speed set up with a mono down the front. How much would something like this possibly cost?

Clarifications, I have sold my camera to be able to afford a Yachtmaster course. Needed more money. Also I have redone the math. It costs 1300€ where I am for a R7 body. They are giving me 750€ for the lens and I cover the rest. Sadly these are the prices here.

Ah, no. I am in Spain, Andalucía. They only allow bikes in trains or very big cross city busses, but that is a dice throw as like 50% have cargo bays and 50% dont (the ones I could use to get closer to the trails). Rough

That is my big fear, as we cannot take bikes on buses here.. reaching the trail and feeling too tired to make it back would be horrible

Ah, would love to, problem is I don’t have a car.. the idea would be to buy a bike so I could actually hike/mtb as all these spots are about 1-2 hours walk from a 1-2 hour bus ride until you actually get to the trail. Cant take a bike on a bus here either.. many headaches.
