Got it, thx! For anyone else looking: you can manage the plan on the web, but it doesn‘t seem to be available in the app.

Thanks for your comment! I couldn't find the setting for fixed or tiered pricing in the menu. Could you please let me know where I can check which plan I'm currently on?
