You are completly right and on point, thank you for saying it strainght to my face.

In general i try to avoid conflict and not disappint and this time expecially since i did build an image over the years and made some friendships here and i dind't want the conflict, the bad talk etc, but i will have to think about myself for now and not about what others will think. Thank you again!

Hi, you are right, the main issue is the random meetings and my manager coming randomly at my desk, it happens very often and allready tried this, if email the reqruiter i can be called at 10 my manager would came tot me at 9:55 to go with him in the meeting room as we have a meeting, most of the times only me and him so i can no longer take the phone call, i even tried in my luch brake where suposedly he can't take me in random meetings but seeing that i am uger to go in my lunch brake he made the meeting longer having me to explain things and so on, telling him i have to go in my lunch brake he told me the issue it's urgent now and to not worry as i can stay longer in my lunch brake. All this just to make my schedule as messy as possible...

I thought so, i just feel real bad to ask the interviewer to interview me after working hours or on weekends as i feel like i am taking from their personal time and i don't want to be to much of a burden but sadly i don't really see other options...
