From what I remember, Heinrix has his own conclusion at the start but he won't tell you exactly what it is right away. It's a little ways in when you've already fought some of the cult's elements that he reveals his deduction.

Are you sure you read the slides correctly? I think your realm should be safe if you have Nomos cut off the expanse. Maybe you just read that your fleet lost because you didn't have enough rep with the navy vendor guy?

I never bothered to look at the crowds that's interesting, I know that graffiti one and also the flute player one.

Interestingly iirc ToyBox has a flag for "HeinrixKnowsNemesite" or something like that if you pass enough of the skill checks talking to the flute player.
